NCDOT Ferry Division Adjusts Cedar Island-Ocracoke Schedule for Remainder of Summer Season

Fall schedules to begin as planned on September 30th. 
Due to a mechanical issue on board the M/V Swan Quarter, the North Carolina Department of Transportation's Ferry Division is making an adjustment to the schedule of the Cedar Island-Ocracoke route for the final two weeks of the summer season.

The schedule, which will be in effect from September 11th – September 29th, is as follows:

Departing Cedar Island: 7 a.m., 10, 1 p.m., 4, and 6:30.

Departing Ocracoke: 7:30 a.m., 10, 1 p.m., 4, and 9.

There are no changes to the Swan Quarter-Ocracoke schedule.

Both Pamlico Sound routes will switch to their published fall schedules as planned on September 30th.
