Stormwater Meeting scheduled for November 21

The N.C. Coastal Federation is holding a special meeting on Ocracoke to discuss stormwater concerns on the island.

There will be a Community Stormwater Meeting November 21 at 1:30p.m. This meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Ocracoke Community Center located at 999 Irvin Garrish Highway.  Public involvement is needed to determine historic drainage patterns on Ocracoke, priorities and water quality improvements for Silver Lake Harbor.
