Home of the $3 Draft

There's still plenty of beer in the kegs, and they need your help getting rid of it.  Drafts are being poured for $3, and $10 gets you a pitcher.  Those are like prices from the 1980s.  Did you have something else planned for this afternoon?  Now you don't.

On Saturday, the Pub sweetens the deal even more, with half priced food.  The Pub is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on November 9 and 10, and will close at 2 p.m. on Sunday. 

The decision to close earlier than usual was "extremely difficult" and "one that was not made lightly," said Pub employee Annie Pfeuffer.  Damage to Highway 12 on Hatteras Island has made Ocracoke less accessible for the fall.  Dajio and Jason's Restaurants also made the decision to close after Hurricane Sandy.

"Please know that we appreciate your continued support of the Pub and look forward to re-opening in March for the 2013 season," said Pfeuffer.
