Obituary for Donna Ritchie O'Neal

Donna was a graduate of Ocracoke School. She was a kind soul who would always do anything to help anyone. She was full of laughter and love.

She is survived by two sons, William O'Neal of San Diego, CA, United States Navy and Brandon O'Neal of Ocracoke, NC; her mother, Janet Spencer of Ocracoke, NC; three sisters, Janet “Sissy” Gaskins (Keith) of Ocracoke, NC, Linda Santana (Michael) of Chattanooga, TN, and Karen Ritchie (Jorge Suazo) of Ocracoke, NC; and many nieces and nephews. 

Donna was preceded in death by her father, Warren Ritchie.
