The NCDOT Ferry Division will be issuing 2019-2020 Hatteras Ferry Priority stickers at the Ocracoke ferry office in the village on February 5-7 from 9:00am to 4:30pm, alphabetically by last name.
Residents whose last name starts with A to H can apply on February 5. Last names starting with I to P will be on February 6. Last names starting with Q to Z will be on February 7.Only permanent residents who have both a valid driver’s license with an Ocracoke street address and a vehicle registration card with an Ocracoke post office box are eligible for priority loading passes. Only one pass will be issued per vehicle.
