Letter to the Editors: Lifeguards

This is not an April Fool's joke.

The letter is typed, and was mailed to us with no return address. It is a local postmark, however, which narrows it down to 800 suspects or so. 

It reads: 

"Perhaps someone should notify Mr. Barclay Trimble's boss, Stan Austin (stan_austin@nps.gov), of Mr. Trimble's comments regarding the controversial issue of Life Guards on NPS beaches in NC."

Let's let him know how we feel about the de-funding of lifeguards. The Ocracoke Current will send him links to our articles about it, and OCBA will send an email about the petition, which now has over 1200 signatures. Let's keep the pressure on!
