Go, Car, Go!

The fastest car belonged to Landon Fuller, followed by Alexander O'Neal and Nicholas Cole in 2nd and 3rd place. Prizes were also awarded for originality and Best in Show.

The Pinewood Derby is an annual and popular event on the island. Parents advise and assist, but each scout designs and constructs their car from a kit that includes wood, wheels and axles. As long as the wheel base fits the track and the cars weigh no more than 5 ounces, the boys have no constraints.
