Shrimpers Plan to Fight Trawl Ban

Your Presence is requested to attend a meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 3:00pm, at the Sanitary Restaurant in Morehead City, NC.  This meeting is being held to discuss the petition filed with the Division of Marine Fisheries by Timothy Hergenrader to reclassify Pamlico Sound and its tributaries as a secondary nursery area.  If commercial fishing in the internal waters of North Carolina is important to YOU it’s a must for YOU to attend this meeting. 

The Shrimp Fishery Management Advisory Committee meeting is the same day at the Crystal Coast Civics Center in Morehead City at 1:00pm.  Please attend both meetings if possible.  Just remember, if commercial fishing in North Carolina’s internal waters is important to you, it is a must for you to attend the meeting at the Sanitary Restaurant, July, 16 at 3:00 pm.
