Rabies Shot Clinic for Cats and Dogs

Rabies shots will be $6 each for island cats and dogs. Please bring your pet to the Fire Hall between 9 a.m. and 12 noon. 

Other veterinarian services will be charged at the usual price.

Rabies shots are an important preventive measure for our community; last year mainland Hyde County had its first confirmed case of rabies. Earlier this year, a rabid raccoon attacked dogs on the mainland. Do you part to protect your pets and stop the spread of this dangerous disease.
