Ocracats is again hosting a fall free clinic to trap, neuter, spay, & release island feral cats.

It will be held at the Ocracoke Firehouse on September 24, 25, and 26. If you have had litters of kittens show up in your neighborhood, Ocracats is happy to trap and fix the adult kitties. Let us know your interest in this help by signing up in September at the Post Office bulletin board.

On Thursday, island pet cats can also be brought to the clinic and fixed at very inexpensive clinic prices. Anyone who has adopted Ocrakittens are eligible for a free neuter spay.

Rabies vaccinations are also available at no cost during clinic hours.

Interested in volunteers should go to the Ocracats Facebook page and send a private message about helping.

Ocracats, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of Ocracoke's feral cat population. You can make a tax-free donation to Ocracats, PO Box 993, Ocracoke, NC 27960.
