Happy Earth Day from your favorite little island!
To celebrate the blossoming of spring on the sandbar, my young sidekick and I took a golf cart scud around the village, stopping to smell the flowers all along the way. We took photos of them, too, so we could share with you.
Tradescantia blooms spring, summer, and fall.
Azaleas (with an Easter egg cameo)
Yaupon blooms are tiny little white flowers that "snow" all over.
Pittosporum smell so sweet.
What is this? I don't know.
Oxalis is one of the first spring blooms.
Figs are leafing out! They don't bloom, but will explode with figs come summer.
Abundant and green and flowering! Sigh.
