Dolphins Head to State Races!

The Ocracoke Dolphins are the NC 1A East Cross Country Championships!

Ocracoke was well represented this year with both the boys' and girls' teams qualifying for the State Championship next week in Kernersville NC! The Dolphin boys' team was the First Runner-Up and the Lady Dolphins took 3rd place.

Kevin Perez won a 2nd place medal over all in a field of 94 qualifying runners from the conference meets. Also in the top twenty were Jordi Perez in 13th place, and Darvin Contreras in 16th place.

Karen Perez won a 3rd place medal in a field of 86 runners. Ingrid Contreras also placed in the top ten at 7th place. Go Dolphins!
