October 31st brings fun for all ages!
The trick-or-treaters will be out in force this evening (most of the activity is along Lighthouse and Loop roads). After dark, the older, but not necessarily more mature, denizens of Ocracoke will don disguises and head to local watering holes. (Find your adult costume party opportunities here.)
Last Friday, the youngens enjoyed the annual Ocracoke School PTA Halloween Carnival, and of course, the Current was there to document the wonderful costume parade.
Enjoy your fright night!
