On behalf of The National Endowment for the Arts, The North Carolina Arts Council, and the Beaufort County Arts Council, the Ocracoke Arts Council would like to present:

An Ocracoke Heritage Crafts Class: Crabbing

Pam Morris , educator at The Core Sound Waterfowl Museum, gives a brief history of crabbing on the Outer Banks
Rex O’Neal, local Ocracoke legend, demonstrates rigging, baiting and setting crab pots

Tuesday, March 19th 9AM

Fishing crab pots with Rex O’Neal

Wednesday, March 20th 10AM

John Ivey Wells, chef extraordinaire, leads a crab cooking lesson, Ocracoke style
