It was taken by their 12-year-old daughter, Maude, earlier this month at the lifeguard beach. They call it "The Unknown Surfer," but we're hoping someone can identify him! 

This was Isabelle and Patrice's second visit to Ocracoke, along with their other daughter, Rosalie, and dog, Bonhomme. 
They live is the small town of Scott in Quebec, but say the long trip to Ocracoke is worth it because we have "such a peaceful and beautiful island."
 
They say they enjoy the Current and will keep reading after their visit is over.
