UPDATE: As of Monday, July 9th, all ferries are running on their regular schedule

Due to a problem with one of its vessels, the N.C. Department of Transportation Ferry Division has cancelled several departures on the Pamlico Sound routes today and Sunday.
The following departures did not take place today:
-
The 1 p.m. run from Cedar Island to Ocracoke; and
-
The 4 p.m. run from Ocracoke to Swan Quarter.
The following departures will not take place Sunday:
-
The 7 a.m. run from Swan Quarter to Ocracoke;
-
The 10 a.m. run from Ocracoke to Cedar Island;
-
The 1 p.m. from Cedar Island to Ocracoke; and
-
The 4 p.m. run from Ocracoke to Swan Quarter.
