Proud dad Thomas Storrs said that both mom Mary-Chandler and baby are healthy and happy. Josephine was delivered shortly after 8 a.m. on March 1. She is named for both her great great grandmother and great grandmother.

She joins older sisters Rosemary, 14 months, and Trueheart, 29 months. Thomas said he and Mary-Chandler are raising "the majority of the starting five" for Ocracoke School's 2025 Dolphin basketball team.

Saturday's ACC rivalry will be another big day for the family. Thomas and Mary-Chandler met when he was a student at Duke and she was studying at the University of North Carolina.
